FSPCA 2018 SECOND ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Wednesday, July 18 – Thursday, July 19, 2018,  Immediately following the IFT Annual Conference
   
Day 1: Registration opens at 11:45 AM CDT. Conference begins promptly at 1:00 PM and adjourns at 5:30 PM. Networking Reception immediately follows from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. 
   
Day 2: Registration opens at 7:45 AM. Conference begins promptly at 8:30 AM CDT and concludes at 5:00 PM.
 
ABOUT FSPCA
The Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) is a broad-based public-private alliance of key industry, academia and government stakeholders. It was established in late 2011 by a grant from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to Illinois Institute of Technology’s Institute for Food Safety and Health (IIT IFSH). The mission of FSPCA is to support safe food production by developing and delivering educational programs that assist the food industry in complying with the preventive controls regulations that were promulgated in response to the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

If the Food Safety Modernization Act impacts you, then you are a stakeholder of the FSPCA.
This conference will give you an opportunity for an in-depth analysis of the latest information
on FSMA implementation and the activities of the FSPCA.

COST TO ATTEND
Student Rate: $99.00 USD (sales end July 19 at 8:00 AM CDT)
Early Bird Registration: $199.00 USD (sales end June 30 at 11:30 PM CDT)
General Registration: $249.00 USD (sales end July 17 at 11:30 PM CDT)
At the Door: $279.00 USD (sales end July 19 at 8:00 AM CDT)

MEALS
On Day 1 (July 18), a full, hot buffet lunch will be served beginning at 11:45 AM CDT. During the Networking Event appetizers and drinks will be served. On Day 2 (July 19), breakfast will be served at 8:00 AM CDT and a full, hot buffet lunch will be served at 12:00 PM CST.
   
Our buffet menu should accommodate most dietary restrictions. However, please indicate any dietary restrictions when prompted during registration. We can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian and vegan if notified by Monday, July 2, 2018.Requests made after this date may not be accommodated.
   
NOTE! If you have a SEVERE gluten (celiac) or nut allergy, we recommend you make other arrangements as we cannot guarantee cross contamination.
   
PARKING
Navy Pier has a flat rate for parking of $28/day. Parking is not included in the registration fee.

The Alliance has secured a room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel for a rate of $170.00 USD + applicable taxes/per night. A limited number of rooms are available in the block. Once the block is filled additional rooms may be available but the rate is not guaranteed.
