The Executive Committee discussed the placement of an extensive list of references, and the best place to locate those references (e.g. website or training manual).  The Editorial Committee believes that the website would be the best place for the list of references.  This would allow for easy adding/deleting of references to ensure that references are up to date.  The process agreed upon by the committee was to 1) Inform the Steering Committee on a monthly basis of all new suggested items to be added to the FSPCA website, and 2) with the Steering Committee approval, items will be added. The committee also discussed copyright issues and disclaimers connected with website development.

The Committee discussed participation of FSPCA Committee and Subcommittee members noting active participation is the key to quorum and forward progress. Additionally, ideas to reengage the Working Group members included suggestions such as webinars, newsletters and peer review. Suggestions are being researched further for implementation.
