The Executive Committee met to discuss finalizing the “FSPCA Procedures and Protocols for Appointing and Replacing Steering Committee Members” document. A new draft document will be shared with the Steering Committee prior to the May face-to-face meeting. The formation of a Train-the-Trainer Working Group was approved and volunteers will be sought.

Process and procedure for handling requests for LOIs, or collaboration, for the FDA/USDA National Center Grant were discussed. Quarterly FSPCA webinar are tentatively set for the months of March, June, September and December. Exact dates are being discussed further. A revised draft of Protocol and Procedures for Steering Members, as well as a draft of the FSPCA Data Base and Web Portal Requirements will be reviewed by the committee in later February, early March. Quarterly reminders will be sent to Alliance Committee and Subcommittee members asking for details on any presentation given about the Alliance for inclusion on the FSPCA website.
