The Executive Committee (EC) met to discuss formation of an FSPCA Ad Hoc Strategic Plan Subcommittee. This Subcommittee will operate under the oversight of the EC and will be charged with drafting post-grant FSPCA Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles, FSPCA Strategic Goals and Strategic Objectives, and FSPCA Strategic Plan. Draft deliverables to be presented to the Steering Committee face-to-face meeting scheduled in August 2018.

Purpose of this call was for Hogan Lovells (Howard Silver and Maile Hermida) to determine if they had any legal concerns/suggestions based on the Alliance structure, as outlined in the Strategic Plan.
