FSPCA invites stakeholders to contribute educational reference materials about preventive control measures for food facilities. Submitted materials (multimedia presentation slides, forms, flow charts, case studies, etc.) will be reviewed and approved by the FSPCA Executive Committee prior to posting on this web page.
Successful submissions will include reference materials that provide science-based and credibly sourced information about industry best practices, standards, methods, technologies and guidelines to support industry education and training related to preventive controls. Reference materials will be accepted in two formats: 1) PDF (2MB or less), and 2) URL link to reference web page. (Please note: FSPCA will not consider promotional brochures, catalogs or other commercial literature as reference materials.)
