In partnership with the Illinois Department of Public Health, ConnectFood proudly presents the 17th running of the Illinois Food Safety Symposium!  The Symposium provides an excellent forum for the discussion of food safety issues and an opportunity for professional growth, networking and educational enrichment.  It is designed for professionals in the fields of public health, agriculture, dairy, education, food service and others interested in promoting food safety and reducing the incidence of foodborne illness.  The Institute for Food Safety and Health’s Dr. Robert Brackett will present about the Food Safety Modernization Act at this event.
