Chemical Contaminates

Through partnerships with the FDA and our member companies the IFSH chemistry team continuous advance the exploration of natural and intentional chemical contaminants.  Here we work to develop better techniques to meet the challenges of the food industry as well as expand the knowledge bases of these contaminants in the food supply.  We have developed expertise in the analysis of an array of food contaminants including mycotoxins, pesticides, heavy metals and melamine derivatives.
