The Institute for Food Safety and Health has over a decade of experience in validating thermal and non-thermal process technologies. With the unique biosafety level 3 pilot plant, we can validate any industrial/pilot scale equipment with the pathogen of concern. Our capability of working with select agents such as Clostridium botulinum spores and toxins play a vital role in the validation studies.
